Tonja O’Neill, Principal of Soverex, Inc., is very active in the Austin community.

A long-time member of Toastmasters International, Tonja has served as the District 55 Performance Analyst, Area Governor, Austin Toastmasters President, Vice President Education, and Vice President Membership, and Laughing Matters Treasurer. She was voted Best Speaker of the Year by The Austin Toastmasters and has won numerous speech contests including two awards at District-level competitions.

Tonja conducted a Youth Leadership program for a local high school and spoke to middle-school girls about leadership on behalf of the GenAustin organization. Tonja is currently teaching Public Speaking classes for Texas Union Informal Classes and the Austin Bootstrap organization.

She is an Advisory Board member of Texchange and is a member of the Association for Women in Technology, Bootstrap, ASTD Collaborative Consultants and the local chapter of the National Speakers Association.

Tonja is a Licensed Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Insights Discovery Type Indicators.
